before the love affair gets too deep, those amps were all custom modified by Osley , the same brains that made what was supposed to be the best acid around, back then.

I thought is interesting to read about all the controls the bass player had built into his instrument , where he could select different speaker arrays, single or multiple in various configurations, all kinds of acoustic effects , far beyond the usual expected tone controls.

I didn't notice anything trippy when I saw the band, but I did walk out on the third day when it became apparent it was just going to be night of full psychedelic noodling. I was full up already.
