I know that I want to get into room treatment at the new place, and will most definitely be making some acoustic panels. This got my train of thinking onto the Behringer piece.But I also know that I want to upgrade my front end soon. The problem is that I really want a completely new box player , but can't really justify the price of the units that I would want (I've demoed, and really like the sound of, the Rega Apollo. I've also been told that, for my tastes, I should demo some Jolida models).
However, I may be able to scrounge up some dough for a decent DAC around the $200-300 price range. I don't know how the Rotel would perform as a transport, though. Ramw seems to be the only other owner in here, and he hates everything about it! ;)
