It's a drone war, the Ukraine drones have the range to hit Moscow rather easily. No fuss, no muss. Kamakazi drones keep hammering troops asleep in the woods, they most likely aren't aware of infrared technology. :-) And Ukraine has access to unlimited number of drones. Where's the beef?
