They are already doing it.It is going to take some time to get there, but they are moving and the proper dynamics are there. Why do you think Rheinmentall is building factories in Ukraine?
The re-arming drive is going to cover not just Ukraine, but also the other vulnerable countries such as the Baltics.
It is going to be a painful period, but the Ukrainians have shown the world what they can do. No one predicted they would hold for more than a few days, and they are still there and fighting, and their strikes are getting more and more painful.
