Naa, not really. The only real problems I have seen are collapsed lifters which really are not difficult to replace. Also the VLOM can work loose over time and leak oil. They are pretty durable overall.
This being said I would put the Buick 3800 first for GM engines. And where is the Jeep 4.0 I-6 engine? I have seen more of those with well over 200K miles and still going strong.
