There are two white pots in the upper left hand corner of the board, above a metal can.
Likely, one is for separation, the other VCO. If I had to guess, I'd say the left one is VCO. Carefully and accurately mark their current position with an ultrafine sharpie pen. Then start with the left one, rotate it slowly fully L then fully R. If it does nothing for stereo, return to it's former postion and try the other. When you find the correct pot, put it at the center point of the two spots where you lose stereo operation.

BTW, I do this for a hobby only, I don't work on tuners for $ as a biz.
