Rabbit ears,a wire rhombic, may not work need to know where the station is on the compass from you and in re yr apartment eg. 'window in-ways'
then you build a double vee/rhombic antenna strung along your ceiling.
<------ <> ------> being the direction, and a biggish room to fit it too, each of the 4 sides need to approach 3 metres.
