Rotator Problems Whats Wrong

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

I need help.My new antenna rotator has quit rotating.I am not sure
if it is the control unit or the motor assembly itself.Before I climb
up the tower I would like to know how i can verify that it is not the controller.I did a continuity test on the three wires that plug into the controller and I get continuity on all three wires.Does this
indicate a short in the motor.I have visually inspected the wire up to the motor and do not see any problems there.Can anyone guide me here.The rotator is a channel master and is only a few months old.
Any help would be appreciated.
