Actually its easier than you think. There the one screw at the center of the front board, which is actually the bulb holder. Remove the screw and slide the board a little to the right to clear the secondary retainers. Also to make it easier the board located on the left in the picture can be removed. Use a needle nose pliers or an appropriately sized straw to release the lock on the stand-offs and pull the board straight up. Cleaning the pins after board removal also helps performance. The bulbs are typical bayonet style lamps and readily available.
From the pic you have a real honey there, the 673 is one of my favs.
