A quick Google found this 6 Motorolla transistors the they say are cross for ECG121 and according to NTE it is a valid cross!

There is always NTE who I guess bought ECG? Anyway the NTE are part for part the same as ECG (ECG121=NTE121) http://www.ecgproducts.com/
