Re: Richard Grays Power company line conditioners

Norm, I did and got a 12volt reading from my digital volt meter-impossible. Checked it with a scope and got a few volts. The problem is half rectified equipment or switching power supplies putting noise on the lines (chopping off the sine wave). Who knows where it is coming from, here in NJ we have had a blistering hot summer and my incoming voltage has sagged from 120 down to 112 volts at times. I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money and thats why I am asking for advice. I have never been a true believer in the wire phenomona. dave
