When I push the "play" button of my payer, the disc spins. I may possibly safely assume that that is the case for all players on this planet.
When the disc does not have to spin, why do the instruction tell you to insert a disc and push "play"? Or even better, why do they say that you also can place the chip on the CD player while the disc is already playing?If the chip has an effect on a disc without the spin, why don't the instructions simply say "take a CD, open its jewel case, place the chip onto it, let it work for 2 seconds, put the chip back into its protective case."
I have to note that I've asked you a lot of questions but what I did not get was answers.
