Not the full story as always. This buyer made an offer to buy a special order cable with different terminations that was not in stock. He was aware that there would be a wait time. This order was shipped over 2 months ago, of course he also neglected to update.
In fact the buyer neglected to even let us know that he wired the money to our bank account (every day MSS bank account has dozens of transactions with multiple incoming and outgoing wire transfers). We only became aware of it after he was back in touch after a month. The delivery time for this order was longer than usual due to this, and the fact that the offer was so low that we had to wait for Nordost to run one of their several yearly specials to place an order just to be profitable in this sale.
For the record, MSS HiFi has never not delivered a paid order. In very few occasions, full refunds were given. We have been in business since 1996, and we sell $10mil a year worldwide.
