Help with my listening room

My soon to be audio room is driving me nuts, let me first describe the room:
1. It is 10ft x 15.5 ft
2. The ceiling height is approx 10ft
3. The ceilings and walls are solid cement
4. The floor is wood parquet directly on top of the cement structure,

Currently the room is very boomy and echoes horribly.

I tried making 4 10” tubetraps that didn’t help. I could still here the boom and still echoes horribly.

Currently I’m planning to treat this room fully. Here’s what I’m planning to do:

1. Build 18” corner traps on all corners (from floor to ceiling) using 4 layers of 2” 703 rigid fiberglass which equals to 8” thickness.
2. Build a 4ft x 7.5 ft Mid/High Absorber (using 1” 703 rigid fiberglass) for the ceiling using Ethan’s formula.
3. Build 4 2ft x 4ft Mid/High Absorbers (using 1” 703 rigid fiberglass) to prevent first reflections on the sidewall
4. Put area carpet and drapes in the window.

BTW I’m planning putting my speakers on the side of the window, and my listening position around 5’10 into the opposite side.

If anyone has better suggestions please feel free to post…
