Technical and scientific discussion of amps, cables and other topics.

That "cheerleaders without facts" post here"

""So when Curl points out to you (admittedly not so diplomatically) that your theory won't explain the facts, you get all huffy-and-puffy like you were having tea with the Queen of England and somebody used the wrong silverware, and blame *him* instead of admitting that your theory is, to be generous, sketchy.""CH

He did not say that my theory will not fit the facts..and I have no clue as to silverware etiquette.

He said "oh sure"

I notice you also have not had anything technical to add..

The two of you are acting like the Laural and Hardy of the prop head forum.. Nothing to add of any substance, but lots to "say". You are a comedy act..

Get with it, Charles..Take off the skirt...throw away the pom poms, toss teh ponytails, and get with it..

""Namely, that the harmonics went off into infinity at *equal* amplitude. Not some "square root" series that would have decreasing amplitude with increasing frequency, but instead what would come from some type of delta function.""CH

Do you have any idea what a sqr(sin) series looks like? If you did, you would know that it falls off slowly to infinity..

To help you, in some small way, I'll describe...the square root of a sine wave starts to take on the shape of a square wave..Gee, square wave series sound in any way farmiliar to you Charles???

When you do indeed have some technical information to add, I look forward to it..Not some cheerleader crap you sem fond of, but real info.

In the meantime, please leave the bandwidth open for people who actually understand the technical aspect of the discussion..as it is clear you do not...

I don't care to say I told you so..I prefer a technical dialogue.

TTFN, John
