Try some thermocouples.Or, lots and lots of joints..that's what I'm gonna try.
I think you're missing my point, that seebeck return will be much smaller than peltier input. So, most of the loss should be the peltier component.
I just don't think that loss is at the fundamental frequency.
I think I'm gonna have to model the current dependent loss that occurs within a half sine.
