The Numark CDN 25 goes to a Numark CM100 4 channel mixer. I'm using my Grado 80's as headphones out of the Numark mixer. I don't yet have a PA and I'm kind of afraid to hook them up to my NAD/B&W living room setup..I understand that quality costs, but considering I have a $60 DVD player in the bedroom that sounds better, I was expecting more.. you know.. even run of the mill consumer cd changers have sounded better. Who knows, maybe the Numark has an awful headphone output..but this hiss seems associated with the indivudual fader levels..and the pops happen when the cue button is pushed..etc..
