Problem with NEC PCI-E to USB dedicated adapter and Ayre QB-9

Hi Folks,

I've been toying with a dedicated USB card for my Ayre QB-9 and have run into a bit of difficulty that I'm hoping someone can help with...

The card shows up as a NEC PCI to USB controller in Win7 device manager. I also installed the latest Thesycon driver for the Ayre. Actually - going from V1.18 to V1.26 did help. On V1.18 there was no audio whatsover. On V1.26 I have audio but it's all scratchy and the timing is all off. So I'm hoping there is some clocking setup somewhere that will help.

I am using JPlay and J River. J River is not happy at all. JPlay will at least play something.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff
