I've had to deal with a lot of family problems plus the de-construction of my home in relation to the repairs and some re-decorating of other rooms, and I thought that was why I was feeling so lousy and behaving so nastily toward my wife and sons. Then, when in one of those moods, I happened to catch a Sarah Vaughn piece on the radio. My headache and vague sense of anxiety went away in minutes, and I realized what the basic problem was - lack of music. Now I catch it when I can. Way better than Prozac.
