The only resistors *directly* in the signal path are the ones in the feedback loop and the output stage grid stop resistors.I don't mean to sound like a heretic, but I guess it's unavoidable. I sure don't mean to spread hate and discontent. I'm not sold on Caddocks or other very expensive "designer" resistors. I have them in my amp and preamp, but I'll be the first to admit my old standby Roederstein resistors sound just as good to my ears and they are a fraction of the price. Coupling caps are a totally different story.
So, I don't know what to advise. I must admit, the psychological advantage of Caddocks is very powerful. So, label me as a heretic if you must. I just couldn't hold back any longer.
