Lowther pma6 in folded horns

I have the opportunity to Aquire a pair of these at a good price, and I have some questions to ask here, if anyone can spare the time I'd appreciate any advice. I will be using low powered chip amps, not tubes. I will be listening to them but not where I can I can compare them.

Firstly, how good are they, say in comparison to coral beta or Tannoy gold,

Is there another better driver that one could use in the horn that is the same size?

I'm interested to hear what people think
