open baffle

I suspect you are really anxious to cut wood but before you do, try the Tannoys in an open baffle. I inherited my father's 15" reds about 20 years ago but had no room to build any of the usual larger cabinets.

A couple of years ago I tried them in an open baffle crossed over about 80 hz and the mid-range is now magical. Do the lower bass with something else.
