Thanks freddyi, I appreciate you taking the time to even consider
an answer.

As I said I'm familiar with the A7 and curious about the Edgar horn.
My friend told me his Edgar box had no stuffing in it and maybe that
was the reason for the boxy sound. Not being familiar with the EV15,
I assumed that was what I was hearing. ..I'm probably going off on a
wrong track , but... I go with my ears!

And freddyi ... You "Karlson Evangelist" , I've owned a Single
Karlson 15 cabinet with some cheap 15' in it for about 10years now.
Always saying, I'm going find another Beige Formica finished 15"
Karlson cabinet someday to have a pair , to hear what you've been hearing...........

In the meantime I'll just have to be happy with my Altec/JBL 2-way
MLTL's ..
