Man Killer Piglet I am sorry to hear that! Almost bought some Focal cans but never did and now I am glad. Its amazing that on a FLAGSHIP product they don't bend over backwards to help. I think sure has replacement pricing which is much less than retail...sounds like Focal has just retail pricing. Again sorry.

The kicker is that Shure I never asked them to waive the fee...

Oh and that was a funny joke on the Focal name!
