also having my sr60s with the senn 414 pads made me wonder if the pads were interchangeable...they are. so far, excellent definition but am still waiting to hear deep bass like vic wooten on hippo.
they're much more efficient/sensitive than the my hifiman 4XXs and have more top end reach it seems so far. being a long term listening proponent, i will see what i think in a week.
all i am/have listened to is a Zawinul/Trilok Gurtu session. the bass seems full and deep enough but more listening is needed.
