Spotify gets Ogg Vorbis 320 Kbps tracks from the record labels directly. If you import your private music library in a supported format, then it will transcode it to Ogg Vorbis 320 Kbps.
The sound quality is just amazing! I'm listening to Spotify right now and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything in terms of sound quality. The music selection is very deep as there are a ton of tracks to choose from. I think that I am going to renew my premium subscription after midnight tonight.
