I don't care if it's your church, or some other church where you donate your time -- asking an audio manufacturer for a favor ain't Kosher when you review audio components.A ten year-old child could figure that out.
Go find some ten year-old children and ask them if you asking audio suppliers for favors is right or wrong.
Adults can be quite clever at rationalizing their bad behaviors.
Like invading Iraq.
