Interesting, thanks - I'll take a peek. From my experience with the preamp (which has 2 chokes) I certainly found that the lower capacitances produced better results.

With 2 chokes I'm told that it is important to have the caps in a 1:2 ratio - called a pi-filter I believe. Beyond me but it works. Using Black Gate WKz in both positions I have 47 after the 1st choke and 100 after the second.
