Yes. I have replaced my stock 0.47uF coppers with the AN silver PIO caps, and just like driguy says, I have never looked back. If you're going to replace those excellent copper PIO caps that you already have in your DAC, why mess around with expensive teflons?
Get the silver PIOs or leave it alone. There is certain human quality to the AN PIO caps that contributes to the voicing of the entire product. Teflon is not part of that voicing.

The other thing that you might consider is to replace the 3 large electrolytics on the digital side of the power supply (after the digital PS transformer and rectifier) with blackgates or elna cerafines. I did this with blackgates and it helped quite a bit. (after the dreaded burn-in time of course.)
