I replaced the coupling caps in my 2.1 Signature DAC kit with V-Caps and have never looked back. In fact, I then replaced the coupling caps in my M3 preamp with them as well. You have probably read reviews on the V-caps already. They are everything that is written about them. I am currently breaking in a pair on my 300B amps. Yeah, I really like them a lot. According to Chris Van Haus, he now gives them a "vigorous" break in before shipping. I found that it cuts way down on the time needed but I still think the best sound comes along at about 125 hours IME. Chris also stated to me that they are very stable in a warm environment and will not break down like some PIO. They WILL increase the transparency of your system. FYI, I replaced the power supply caps w/ Mundorf Silver/Oil as well. An improvement can be had there just not as much as the V-H caps.
Enjoy your music,
Tony
