On the under side of the board there may be a lug attached to the socket that you can loop wire through. If you have the lug, attach a wire from there to the central ground wire. If you have no lug, you can loosen the bolt/screw that holds the socket to the board and attach a bare wire or crimped connector to the screw and tighten it again, then run the wire to ground. If you have a very hot soldering iron, you could try heating the screw and soldering on a wire.
