Mine are the larger cabinets and I opted for the solid wood sides, rather than plywood. They are beautiful and sound amazing. My cabinets and drivers cost about 10,000 US dollars. The designer actually prefers the smaller driver with the tweeter mounted on the top of the cabinet. Mine use a coaxial, crossoverless 12" driver. They are the most realistic and refined speaker that I've ever heard. Perhaps not everyones cup of tea, but for me.............perfect!
