B+ voltage High

I am building a DAC 2.1 kit with an M2 power supply. The test procedure calls for 200V at the B+ pin. I am getting 222 volts with the HT adjustment all the way down. Is this close enough and if not do I have to change resistance and if so where and by how much? My guess would be R1 or R7. Thanks in advance to all on the forum.
