well $200 is really hard to beat, but I remember I have done some costs study six months ago, and I can get some in the $180 range, maybe a little more(materials +labor, well not includes my time as a producer, this is DIY, yes?), but with very heavy steel structure, 4 rectangular 100/50/3 legs, with 5mm steel plates, spikes (do it on a winch) and finished with beatiful black electro painting. You can also fill the structure with sand to avoid any ringing.
