The meter claims flat down to 20Hz on C weighting. And the bass seems about right if I set it to the meter. But I am fine-tuning by ear. I reduced the ribbon resistor from 3 to 2 Ohms and that seems about right to me to get the midrange driver audible. And the ribbons opened back up.
Still working on it (balancing a 4-way speaker now essentially).
