What my rebuilt Maggy IIIa's have allowed me to do is to hear the subtle differences as I upgrade my digital front end or any change to my system over any other speaker I have owned. I recently upgraded to latest DAC(Buffalo III) from twisted pear and could hear positive changes. I have finally started to make changes to my Squeezebox Touch that are post on the WEB. Last night I turned off the local processing of flac files and forced it back on dedicated WIN7 cpu. So I hope to hear those differences also
