I am the new happy owner of the new factory direct MMG. However my happiness was short lived. One the speaker the '-1" started losing the upper end. I could only hear the other frequencies. Tested the fuses and it was fine. When I played around the terminals. Sometimes pushing and shoving the wires would get the tweeters roaring back to life and then all is well. However 20 minutes into sonic nirvana it craps out again.
This happens multiple times. I also tried switching cables, amps, etc, only the -1 is affected. So I know it's not my tube amp or my SS amp nor my audio source.Any ideas of what I should do or try before sending these beauties back to Magnepan to be fixed?
