The clarity is not a problem per say.
You can use multiple tracks of aluminum glued to very thin plastic backing and suspend it as a ribbon.
The biggest problem is that You will need some very powerful magnet structure. This means Neodymium or thicker and heavier ferrite and thus higher cost. At least regarding the Neodymium magnets.
But here You have an example!
