The image that is there now is 100% accurate. The values are correct and where the wires run is correct.
I had posted an image someone sent me, essentially their copy of my copy intended to make it look like a standard schematic, however it was discovered to be incorrect and I removed it and replaced it with my original.
The parts values are 100% right and there is a picture showing the wiring. If anyone wants to try their hand at making one, have at it.
