Cap Values?

Thanks! On the cap values, I think I'm reading these right:

seacor "15.0-10-100" is a 15.0uf or 15mfd cap with 10% tolerance and 100v? I can certainly find 15uf/mfd caps, but not that low on volts. They're all either 250v or 400v? is 100v correct? can I use a 250v or 400v cap?

elpac 10.0+/-10%, 200v is, of course, 10uf/mfd at 200v
elpac 2.0+/-10%, 200v is 2uf/mfd at 200v

the bass inductor is 3.25mf, but not sure about the tweeter inductor, 1.0mf?

I'll have to read the resistor values.

Also, have been pricing some of these on madisound and partsexpress, they do add up!
