Is there any way to get rid of lowest basses (<-50hz) without messing up the overall sound and higher frequencies?? I've understood that it can be done with just simple capacitor on the speaker, but it also has been said that it is not transparent way from the higher sounds point of view?
So, is there any better/more transparent ways to do it, either on speakers or between pre- and power amplifiers??
I have SMG-c's with serial XO by PG, and I really would like to try what's the effect for the sound when frequencies below 50hz (that it cannot produce anyway) would not be messing up with the higher sounds.
