First I want to say I dont know anything about setting up a system. I just lurked at the sight and picked up a few pearls. But I really dont know if this will work. but I am cheap I do know that. The system I propose is as follows and connected in the manner listed. as you can see there is no preamp I just dont see the purpose when I only listen to one source (the ps3 is connected to hd20 projector, compatible with most digital formats, and I have usb hardrive with many mp3) If someone suggest a preamp make sure it cost lest than $1000. Thank you for the help.
