I have a set of mmg's. They are modded using PG's crossover mod, with Deulund 1.5 ohm resistors. Yesterday, while listening to some music, I smelled a burning smell. I found that the Deulund resistor had began to burn through the cardboard casing. The resistor still works, but with volume turned up it gets extremely hot. Any suggestions?
