I was actually hoping to locate a schematic for the Heathkit so I could DIY one. Found the unit on eBay though, complete with manual. Not cheap, but less than I could build one for, especially with US components. Yay!

Follow Ups:
I am curiuos... what will this do that a power strip won't?
It will allow me to hide the strip and turn everything on with the preamp power switch. More convenient than turning everything on manually, and it keeps a lot of messy cabling out of view. :)

I am confused. If you use a long strip and tuck it away except for the end with the power switch you only have to push a single button if you leave the switchs for the indidual pieces in the on position. Everything comes on at once.
Power strips aren't exposed or easily accessible in my cabinet. They reside in a bottom section at the rear that's designed for this purpose.

Got it.
I'm probably the only person on the planet crazy enough to consider DIY'ing one of these. Here's the schematic, just in case I'm not alone. :)
