Replacing woofer surround

I have a pair of 6 1/2 inch woofers with polypropylene cones and rubber surrounds. The surrounds are getting hard and stiff and I would like to replace them. How does one get the surround off of the cone without damaging the cone?
Any suggestions for what adhesive to use for the new surround?

They have everything you need to remove and cement the surrounds and they also have videos on how to do it.

Sorry. I have no earthly idea, but you might try asking over in Speakers too.

There a lot of guys there that build and referb.
