When thye were new, I left them outside for a few days with a fan blowing on them, rotating them maybe once a day.
I use the 2x2"ers and the 4x4"ers.. Those pictured are labeled with the earlier Wagner brand.

Are you using them under speakers? subwoofers? electronics? I suppose, if you use so many of them, that you like the effect :)
Have you experienced washing them? Do the three layers stay glue together if immersed in, say, a solution of water + soap + vinegar?
I will see how bad it is when I get them but I would be very annoyed if I can't use them...
They are out-gassing. I would suggest leaving them outside for a few days prior to use.
