It's the Oyaide DC-2.1G. There is also the Oyaide DC-2.5G with a larger inner opening, Awe-d-o-file.

They are beautiful. I got a SMS amp/headphone amp/DAC that has a coaxial jack. It can draw 7-8 amps for short durations and I always thought these plugs were only rated for 5A.I may remove the jack from the amps P.C. board and solder the short wire from the Acopian linear P.S. to it. I bought it replace the switcher that came with it. If I don't I'm buying the Oyaide. Thanks!
Edit: Upon further reading the Oyaide site only rates the 2.5 @12V/1A and the 2.1 @12V/.5A I'm just going to remove the coaxial power input jack from the SMS and solder hard wire to the board.

That's interesting, since there are plenty of power supplies with a well over 1A rating that feature that type of coaxial DC plug.
I use an Oyaide DC-2.1G DC plug with a DIY DC umbilical for a linear power supply that replaced the stock 12V 3A rated switchmode power supply for an Xfinity X1 digital television box. The image above shows a PSU with an even higher rating.
The Xfinity X1 digital television box is current hungry, so I'm sure it involves much more than a 1A load.

Agreed. The SMS comes with a 24V/6.75A switcher. The Oyaides are WAY better than the typical molded junk plugs too. But hard wiring is better and will save me $$. The Oyaides are great looking too. Thanks for all the replies.

That's for sure. Even the DC plugs I've tried like the ones made by Switchcraft are nowhere near as good sounding, IME. They are all cheap stuff designed for skinny DC cords for small wall warts, while the Oyaide DC plugs allow a substantially larger DC umbilical cable to be terminated with them. The Oyaide DC plugs are built like a good audio connector rather than a low-cost electronics store product. They sound much better not to mention they look very nice. Well-worth the under $20 price point, IME. I wouldn't build a serious DIY DC umbilical project without one.
