Tweaker -- Uh Oh! Too late, I already ordered them from the guy in Taiwan! Oh well only $15. Also ordered from Mouser a few Cornell-Dubilier 940C .01uf 3000V to try per Tony of Humble Homemade Hifi recommendation. eBay has the Vishay KP1830s in 0.01, 0.015 and 0.022 values (all in 63 volt) that might be OK for bypass applications. What do you think?
Follow Ups:
Weeeeeelllll, Hi Fi Collective is selling some .01 Audio Note tin foil and polyester caps for L10 probably around $12 each. Conrad Johnson at least used to use some polyester non tin foil caps in their amps and they are not inexpensive. There are a couple of polyester caps out there that people like that are not tin foil. So you still might have a winner there so I'm not going to feel too guilty especially since I just went into the city and got a $73 parking ticket for running into a store for 5 minutes. Not to mention the amazing amount of money I've wasted being stupid back in the day. Amtrans also has a non tin foil polyester cap sold by Hi Fi Collective that is very good according to one person who's hearing I have reason to respect. So, I'm off the hook. I think you have an excellent selection of sanely priced capacitors with excellent potential to try out. As I said before I love what the 1830's do in my particular application. If you can beat them with what you are trying I would be impressed. Tweaker

Yeah, no harm done. Looking forward to trying all three: The ITCs; the 0.01uf Cornell Dubilier 940's and I went ahead and bought the 0.015uf Vishay 1830's from eBay.
$73 parking ticket? My condolences!
