Has anyone tried these attenuators? I have used Goldpoints for a few years, but just wondering if these were of decent quality. I have also tried Khozmos, but had bad luck, noisy, and had one fail after a year.

C'mon.... Cosmetics are for Kids.
You don't say what you are using these for so it's hard to make a recommendation. Regardless, 24 position pots are not going to give you fine volume gradations so the gain will be either way too loud or too soft. Ideally you want 1 dB adjustments in the range of the switch where it will be most used.
I have tried Shallco custom built 32 position switches which you can find here: http://www.marchandelec.com/att.html. These are big and may not fit.
You might also search out Dact attenuators:

If you want an outstanding inexpensive carbon pot try a PEC. Pass Labs uses them on their XVR-1 crossover for a reason. I find them more neutral than both the ALPS variants, they'll fit anywhere, and will be infinitely adjustable.
Good luck.
24 steps is too coarse for me. The unit seems high quality for the price.
