Hi, Yea, my attempt to add a link failed as I'm not sure how to do it.( I'm not computer savvy) But if you would just Google the words- "Stage III Concepts" and go their website you will see an elegant way to minimize contact between the wire and the teflon jacket.
Thanks, Tish
Stage III concept seems to be work for ribbon or flat sprial cable. How solid core wire employ this concept?
Anyone know how Argento cable minimize the dieletric because they claimed that the material use for insulated the conductor better than teflon, air, cotton, etc. whcih they called "VDM".
Hi again, Someone in this thread mentioned having the silver wire made to be flat by using a pasta machine or have a machine shop do it for you, then you can pearl the flat cable (twist to make a spiral) and slide it in the teflon tube just like "Stage III Concepts" does. Not only will just the edge of the flat wire touch the teflon so that the majority of the silver is sitting in air but, you will also be adding a very small amount of RF rejection.
Good Luck, Tish
